Job Description

  • As a competent Office Assistant you will help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
  • The ideal candidate will be hard-working and able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.


  • Run other errands within the office
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
  • Perform other administrative duties as may be assigned.
  • To ensure that the office attains high level of cleanliness of building and surroundings at all times.
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues


  • Must have at least GCE O’level /SSCE certificate.
  • Organisation, initiative, tidiness, courtesy and good communication skills
  • Capacity to work as a team member.
